Donation Refunds
As a non-profit spiritual and social organization, donations made to Sanatan Shakti Trust are considered voluntary contributions towards our charitable activities, including temple construction, Gurukul education, religious products, and social welfare programs. Therefore:
- Donations are generally non-refundable.
- In exceptional cases, if an error occurs during the donation process, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction for review.
Purchases of Religious Products
For purchases of religious books, idols, or other spiritual products:
- Refunds will be considered in case of damaged or defective items.
- Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product, with proof of purchase.
- Custom-made or personalized items are refundable within 24hrs.
